Support at Home Services
When your ACAT assessment is complete and your Support at Home funding is approved, your care partner at Bethel Home Care can arrange your services.
If you haven’t had an assessment, need services immediately or anticipate needing a little extra help for you or a family member in future, call and speak to one of our care partners. We can even help you apply.
*In November 2025, Support at Home replaced Home Care Packages.
